The 9^th International Symposium on RECENT ADVANCES IN FOOD ANALYSIS (RAFA) will provide an overview of contemporary trends in analytical & bio-analytical strategies in food quality and safety control and will address new approaches & challenges in food and natural products analysis.

Within RAFA 2019, on Tuesday 5^th (9:00-13:30) METROFOOD-RI will be presented during the EIT Food Awareness event pre-workshop: EIT Food Awareness event: Opportunities to collaborate in a European research and innovation area.

On Thursday 7^th - Session 21 (16:00-18:10), METROFOOD-RI organizes a special session on Metrology in food and nutrition, chaired by Claudia Zoani (ENEA, METROFOOD-RI Coordinator) & Michael Rychlik (TUM) (see program).
