3rd International Congress on Food Safety and Quality – FOOD, HEALTH AND CLIMATE CHANGE - 10-13 November 2020
The 3rd International Congress on Food Safety and Quality – FOOD, HEALTH AND CLIMATE CHANGE will be held virtually on 10-13 November 2020. This year’s Congress will be held under the high auspices of the competent authorities and institutions, and will be organized by
the Andrija Štampar Teaching Institute of Public Health, the Croatian Metrology Society, and the South-East European Network for Food Safety and Quality Control (SEEN-FSQC) and with co-organization and cooperation with other distinguished institutions from the country and abroad. Food safety and quality, determining the origin, geographical origin, and food adulteration and its impact on consumer health, as well as the impact of climate change on cultivation and quality – these are the topics of shared responsibility among everyone involved in the production chain: the country, producers, distributors, professionals, and consumers, but also the media, which hold responsibility for informing the public on current topics.
