Personal data processing

The personal data provided will be processed by the METROFOOD-PP Consortium Members, as Data Controllers, for the purpose of collect, process and evaluate the application to the open calls and get in contact with the applicants for the subsequent steps.

The legal basis of this treatment is to be found in the institutional tasks entrusted to the Consortium Members and aimed, in particular, to the purpose of METROFOOD-RI of providing high level metrology services for enhancing food quality & safety and supporting the traceability and sustainability of the agrifood systems.

The data provided will be processed with IT and telematic tools and will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the objectives of METROFOOD-PP (H2020 GA 871083).

Furthermore, with your consent, the Consortium members may process the data provided for statistical purposes, adopting technical and organizational measures, including pseudonymisation, suitable to prevent the direct association of statistical data with an identifiable subject, in compliance with the principle of data minimization.
