Report including the minutes of the METROFOOD-PP Kick-off Meeting, which has been organized as a two-day meeting in Lisbon on 9-10 January 2020 with the participation of the Beneficiaries and Linked Third Parties. The meeting was aimed at assessing and discussing with all the Beneficiaries the project organization, planning, timeline and strategies.

Task 1.1 foresees regular meetings of the Management Committee (MC) or the Consortium Assembly (CA) – every 6 months – aimed to assess project progresses and allow for decision-making, risk review, conflict resolution, contingency planning, and strategies refinement.
