Report including the minutes of the 2nd METROFOOD-PP Project Progress meeting, which has been organized as a two-day telco meeting on 13-14 May 2021. The meeting was originally planned as an intermediate meeting of the Beneficiaries, it was then extended to a Consortium Assembly meeting with the participation of the whole Consortium, covering Beneficiaries and Linked Third Parties, with a restricted session dedicated to a Management Committee meeting.

The meeting was also originally planned in presence, to be held in Szeged (Hungary) under the organisation of SZU. But, as with many meetings and events, the plans were changed due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Therefore, once it became clear that it was neither possible, nor safe, to travel and meet in person, the meeting was moved on-line. For this reason, the Management Committee approved to open the meeting to the whole consortium in order to give the possibility to as many people as possible to participate, receive the last updates about all the project activities completed and the next steps, join the discussion, provide input. The meeting was aimed at assessing and discussing project progress and allow for decision-making, risk review, conflict resolution, contingency planning, and refinement of strategies, as well as to define the detailed work programme for Month19-24.
