Report on the definition and results of the first elaboration of the contracts identified as necessary to rule the Interim Phase and then the future ERIC for METROFOOD-RI. It includes the current version of: the MoU to rule the Interim Phase (as officially approved by the IMG during the 6th IMG meeting), the ERIC statutes and the service level agreement (as approved by the Management Committee and under discussion withing the IMG).
