Report including a preliminary elaboration of the financial plan of METROFOOD-RI, with the definition of the general principles, methodology, approach and assumptions based on which a fully comprehensive analysis will be completed in the upcoming months.

The purpose is to set up all the necessary background and collect the necessary data to define detailed financial insights in relation to the preparation, construction and operation of METROFOOD-RI along its lifecycle, with the aim of fostering METROFOOD-RI financial sustainability. The procedures to provide an adequate cash-flow, to obtain an evidence-based estimation of annual inflows and outflows in correlation with the strategic planning of METROFOOD-RI, and to analyse the METROFOOD-RI financially sustainability in the long run are defined.
