Report including the 1st draft of the cost book update for METROFOOD-RI, starting from the cost book elaborated in the early phase. It includes the definition of the main structure, general principles and methodology that is being applied for collecting all the necessary data and performing the calculation,

the necessary assumptions and procedures to calculate the costs for the Central Hub and National Nodes, even taking into consideration detailed costs per partner institution in each phase of the METROFOOD-RI lifecycle. Details and calculations on costs related to the Central Hub and the physical facilities (as inventoried in WP6) are provided.
