Report including the results of the analysis performed to identify TOWS action plans, to take advantage of opportunities and to minimize the threats identified within Updated SWOT Analysis delivered by D13.1 and to identify Trends and Driven forces through STEEPV Analysis.

TOWS (Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Strengths) action plans include four types of actions, internal SWOT factors vs external ones: SO (Strengths, Opportunities), ST (Strengths, Threats), WO (Weaknesses, Opportunities), WT (Weaknesses, Threats). Furthermore, as a preliminary further input to the analysis, also the Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political and Values (STEEPV) analysis was re-evaluated as a further input to the whole risk management activities (WP13).
