Report focused on the basics of user engagement procedures, with the final purpose to define a collection of standardized procedures for cooperating and interacting with users. These procedures will support the user engagement and all the interactions to sustain the definition and update of the METROFOOD-RI services, mission and vision in the light not only of the scientific developments but also of the actual needs and demands of the user community.  Users are intended as individuals, teams or institutions groups or organizations who use the services of the infrastructure.
