The penetration grade of communication and dissemination activities was evaluated – using selected KPIs – with reference to the communication channels and strategies employed within the METROFOOD-PP project and the quality and effectiveness of external communications.
Critical points (gaps) and challenges that could help improve the communication strategy for the future ERIC were also identified, thus supporting the definition of the decision matrix to assess the efficacy of the whole communication strategy of the infrastructure. See D14.4 and D15.6.
